How can orders be placed
Orders can be placed via the web, e-mail (sales@movenstore.com), phone (844-220-6235) or fax (800-552-2636).
Processing Orders
Normally orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. In many cases orders placed by 1:00 pm Arizona time are shipped that day. In most cases, orders will be received in 2-7 business days depending on UPS and your delivery location. Please note UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
How do I receive free freight?
Move’ N Store will waive standard ground freight and delivery charges on all locks; latches; slide bolts and hasp orders totaling $300.00 or more delivered with the continental U.S. Items may be combined to reach the Free Freight minimum. Orders below $300.00 will be charged actual freight.
What is your return policy?
During the first 45 days from our invoice date, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from Move’ N Store, we will take it back at our expense and refund you the full purchase price.
After 45 days…
- Call your Move’ N Store Representative for a returned goods authorization
- Return the product freight pre-paid to the designated Move’ N Store location. We cannot accept COD’s.
- We will issue a credit, less shipping charges, for all products that are returned in a saleable condition. Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee (15%)
We cannot accept returns on special/custom orders
What is the warranty of the products?
All Move’ N Store locks come with a guarantee. The majority of our locks come with a Lifetime guarantee. Specific warranties are detailed in the product description.
Minimum Orders
Unless otherwise indicated, Move’ N Store’s minimum order is $100.00, exclusive of any applicable tax and freight. A $35.00 service charge may be added to below minimum orders.
Can I Match Previous Orders For Keyed Alike Locks?
YES. Move’ N Store retains key codes on all previously sold Keyed Alike locks. By referencing your purchase history we will be able to keep your Keyed Alike numbers consistent. If for any reason you wish to switch key numbers, please let us know and we will accommodate your request.
Are Mastered Keyed Locks Available?
YES. A variety of managerial master locks are available.
Can I Order Custom Branded Product With My Logo?
YES. We can use your existing camera ready artwork or our Graphics Department can create custom packaging. Initial quantities vary by product. Please check with our Sales Department for specifics.
International Orders
YES. Move’ N Store can ship product internationally. If required we will work with your freight forwarders to facilitate delivery. Free Freight will only apply to shipments within the continental U.S.
