Custom Branded Products: Can I order them? With my logo?

Free Freight: How do I receive it?
Well, aren't you thrifty!
We will wave all standard ground freight on orders totaling $550 or more when delivered in the continental U.S.
Orders below $550 are charged regular freight.
International Orders: Do you do them?
Of course! We don't exclude anyone.
We'll do you one better and work directly with your freight forwarders to facilitate delivery --- if required.
Just one thing, though, free freight will only apply to shipments within the continental U.S.
Keyed Alike Locks: Can I Match Previous Orders?
Definitely. We retain key codes from all previously sold Keyed Alike locks.
So, by referencing your purchase history, we will keep those key numbers consistent.
If you want to change key numbers for whatever reason, just let us know --- were here to accommodate your every need and request.
Mastered Key Locks: Are they available?
Yes! A variety of managerial master locks are available.
Select the "Managers Locks" option under the "Lock Type" filter on the Locks page to see your options.
Minimum Order: Do you have one?
The powers that be say yes --- but don't panic!
The minimum order is an easy $100, not including tax and freight.

Orders: When are they processed?
Quickly; we're pretty good at our job, so orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
If you're pretty good at your job and place your order by 1:00 pm AZ time, we ship them the same day --- in most cases. So give us a break; we're only human!
Usually, orders are received in 2-7 business days, depending on UPS and your location. Please note UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
Return Policy: What is it?
So glad you asked.
Within 45 days from our invoice date ---
If you are unhappy with any of our products we will take them back at our expense and refund you the total purchase.
After 45 days ---
Please give us a call to get a returned goods authorization.
Please return the product, with pre-paid freight, back to us. We do not accept CODs.
We will issue you a credit for all returned products in a saleable condition. Returned orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on special/custom orders.
Warranty: Do you have one, and what does it cover?
We sure do! All of our locks come with a guarantee --- most of them even come with a lifetime gaurantee.
